50’s Prime Time Cafe:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.

Lunch: Your best bets appear to be the Caesar salad with either grilled chicken or salmon - just be sure to ask for dressing on the side if possible - or the two fish options: the Sustainable Verlasso Salmon or the 50’s Prime Time Cafe Blue Plate Special, depending on what their seasonal offerings are.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

ABC Commissary:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: I would recommend the Mediterranean Salad (with or without chicken) or the Chicken Club Sandwich and ask for it without any cheese or bacon and request a side of apple slices (their green beans are usually in some oil mixture). You can also order off of the kid’s menu here, and if you’d rather have a Carved Turkey Sandwich, that is a healthy option off of the Mickey Check list.
Dinner: I would recommend the same entrees for lunch, but they add salmon options for dinner (like with the Mediterranean salad) and also a Lemon Pepper Salmon that sounds tasty and like a healthier option compared to most Disney dining options.

Backlot Express:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: I’d recommend the Galactic Salad, with or without chicken (ask for dressing on side if possible) - I’ve had this before and it’s rather tasty and filling in my experience thanks to the beans and avocado.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Catalina Eddie’s:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: If you wanted to treat yourself to some pizza, try the kid’s menu version - since this is a quick service counter window, you can do that! But the healthiest option is likely the Caesar salad with chicken, which is tossed to order so feel free to ask for dressing on the side or, for a vegetarian option, no chicken.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Dockside Diner:
Breakfast: The Egg White Breakfast Burrito concerns me with it’s potato barrels and cheese, but other than that it’s a pretty fairly healthy option, especially since your only other breakfast option here if you’re concerned with your calories/Weight Watchers points/etc. would be fruit.
Lunch: None of their offerings seem really healthy, so if you have to eat here for lunch or dinner, go with the kid’s menu options for portion control.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Fairfax Faire:
Breakfast: I’d go with a mixed fruit cup and a Dannon yogurt!
Lunch: If you like Tex-Mex, you’re in luck! The 7-Layer Rice Bowl with Grilled Chicken sounds like a tasty and filling option (Weight Watchers friends, just be cautious of cheese and sour cream). The Veggie Salad also sounds like a great choice if you get - you guessed it - the dressing on the side. The Fajita Combo Platter also sounds like something you could work with.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

The Hollywood Brown Derby:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: Our Famous Cobb Salad (which you can add chicken or shrimp to!) seems like your best option here, and it’s available as an appetizer or entree. If you don’t feel like salad, they do have some fish and chicken options, but they come with a lot of things that seem relatively fattening so just be cautious.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch or dinner (they simply refer to their sole menu as “Lounge” vs. lunch or dinner): The Famous Hollywood Derby Cobb Salad sounds both delicious and like a healthy option!

Hollywood & Vine:
Breakfast: Enjoy the omelet station at this buffet and there will be plenty of fruit!
Lunch: You’ve got quite a few options that you can make work for a healthy diet: peel and eat shrimp, chicken, salads, what Disney calls “vegetable creation” on their menu, and seasonal fish.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

KRNR The Rock Station:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: I would recommend absolutely nothing at this food trailer! They have a very small menu and not a thing on it is healthy.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano:
*Fun fact - this is one of my favorite restaurants on property! The food is always super fresh and amazing!
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: From personal experience, the Margherita and Rosemary Chicken Flatbreads are not only delicious but they’re not super oily - just some olive oil - so if you want pizza for lunch, these are fantastic options. They’re on the appetizer menu list, but I found them filling. If you’re trying to be super healthy, go for the Mixed Green Salad with the vinaigrette on the side. From the entrees, try the Chicken Campanelle but ask if they can go easy on the sauce or even include it on the side. The Polenta Cake, Mushroom, and Herb Cauliflower seems like a good vegetarian option, just be careful of the goat cheese and tomato-white wine sauce.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

PizzeRizzo:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: Other than pizza that is mediocre in my opinion, your only option is the Antipasto Salad, which is loaded with different Italian meats so it’s packed with protein!
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Rosie’s All-American Cafe:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: Burgers and fried stuff are their four menu options, but you can order off the kid’s menu at this counter service restaurant. Their kid’s menu has a Turkey Sandwich that I’d recommend!
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater:
*Fun fact - this restaurant is another favorite of mine! The ambiance here is really something special and I’ve experienced some super stellar customer service literally every time I’ve gone.
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: The Oven-roasted Turkey Sandwich from past experience is a decent option for you as far as being health-conscious goes and is very delicious! They also have a Chili Lime Fajita Salad that you can get with salmon or grilled chicken and they’ve always been super accommodating, so you could probably ask for no cheese or for dressing on the side.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Tune-In Lounge:
This lounge has the same menu as the 50’s Prime Time Cafe!

Woody’s Lunch Box:
Breakfast: The Breakfast Sandwich sounds pretty good (so long as they don’t load it with the Swiss) and it’s also available as a kid’s menu option!
Lunch: I am very excited to try the Smoked Turkey Sandwich! This sounds like one of the way healthier menu items on Disney property that I’ve seen.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.
