Be Our Guest:
*Fun fact - this is one of my favorite spots! They’ve always been accommodating when I’ve asked for modifications and the ambiance is stunning. It’s like being in the movie!
Breakfast: The Scrambled Egg Whites sound like a great choice! Just exercise portion control with the selection of pastries the menu says it comes with.
Lunch: Your healthiest options seem to be the Quinoa Salad or the Tuna Nicoise Salad. As described in my Ask The Chef article, you can also try asking to talk with someone rather than just going to the touch screen when it’s your turn in line so you can ask the chef if they can modify a kid’s menu option like the shrimp and broccoli or even the kid’s version of the Carved Turkey Sandwich (the kid’s version is on multigrain bread vs. a baguette)!
Dinner: For your appetizer, if you're watching what you eat, I'd pick the Mixed Field Greens. While all of these entrees sound pretty rich, the lesser of evils sounds like the Poulet Rouge Chicken or, if you're a seafood fan, the Saffron-infused Seafood Bouillabaisse (vegetarian friends, the only entree option I see that doesn't have meat is a tortellini dish).

Casey’s Corner:
Avoid the loaded hot dogs unless it’s your cheat meal!

Cinderella’s Royal Table:
Breakfast: Their healthiest menu option is still probably a bunch of calories since it’s way more food than anyone would ever need, but the Healthy Choice would probably be your best bet compared to other options. But based on the description, I’d just not let the name fool you. While the food items are better for you options than some of the others, be careful of your caloric intake here depending on the portion sizes they give you.
Lunch: I’d ask about the Chef’s Fish of the Day! If it’s not to your liking, try the Pan-Seared Chicken. For vegetarians, the Vegetable Couscous sounds like a great option!
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Columbia Harbor House:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: My recommendations are the Wedge Salad (with or without shrimp) and the Grilled Salmon!
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: It might be worth asking if they can make the Grilled Chicken Club without cheese (and skip the French fries), but if not, the Greek Salad (with or without chicken) would be your best bet! There’s also a Kid’s Salad with Turkey that you could get!
Dinner: They offer the same options at lunch but also some dinner specialties! Of those dinner specialties, I’d recommend the ½ Rotisserie Chicken; it’s served with mashed potato and green beans.

The Crystal Palace:
Breakfast: There’s plenty of fruit at this buffet, plus a scrambled egg and omelet station!
Lunch: Seasonal fish, chicken, carved meats, peel and eat shrimp, vegetable creations, and a variety of salad options make this buffett easy to maneuver!
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

The Diamond Horseshoe:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: Weight Watchers friends, this place is great for Freestyle! They have carved turkey, beans, and seasonal veggies galore. The Frontier Salad they start you off with is also really good so long as you go easy on the dressing!
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

The Friar’s Nook:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: Nothing but loaded tots here! If you’re trying to eat healthy, stay away.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Golden Oak Outpost:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: With a small menu including no healthy offerings, I’d opt for a different location.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Skipper Canteen:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: The Sustainable Fish and all it’s side dishes (so many tasty veggies!) sounds like a delicious option that will have you feeling good for picking a better choice. If you eat steak, they have a few menu items featuring it grilled.

Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Liberty Tree Tavern:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: For your entrees, I’d suggest the Colony Salad (just be careful of the sweet pecans and cheese) or you could have some of the options in the Patriot’s Platter that is also offered at dinner!

Dinner: The best pickings with your Patriot’s Platter are gonna be your roasted turkey breast, mashed potato (try asking for minimal or no butter! I have with past success at other Disney restaurants), and seasonal vegetables. The Declaration Salad probably also is fairly harmless so long as you’re careful with your dressing!

Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe:
*Fun fact - this is my favorite quick service restaurant at the Magic Kingdom!
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch:
Pecos Bills has recently updated their menu with tons of healthy options (at least as far as theme park food is concerned)! Try the Fajita Platter with chicken instead of pork, the Taco Trio (again, I recommend chicken as it’s a leaner protein), the Southwest Salad (available with protein if you’d like), Vegetable Rice Bowl (another option to add chicken), or Jerk  Chicken Lettuce wraps. If you’re vegetarian, skip out on the chicken on the Veggie Rice Bowl or Southwest Salad. Looking for a side or a snack? Dannon Greek Yogurt is available here! You can also get a side of black beans (a great option if you’re a Freestyle follower) or mandarin oranges.

Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Pinocchio Village Haus:
*Fun fact - this is one of my go to places and you can get a great view of It’s a Small World!
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: My recommendation is actually off the kid’s menu! I get the kid’s Cheese Flatbread. It’s a slightly smaller portion size but it comes with an apple sauce pouch and Danimals yogurt, so it’s easy to track for Weight Watchers or to count calories with if you’re practicing portion control.

Dinner: They have some pasta dishes for dinner but otherwise, it’s the same menu as lunch.

The Plaza Restaurant:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: The Chicken Strawberry Salad sounds refreshing and like lighter fare. If you get the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, just be sure to ask for them to skip the cheese if you’re watching out for that! Bonus: if you’re vegetarian, you get to pick your topping for the Veggie Burger, so it’s a good option that you have some control over from the get go.

Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Tomorrowland Terrace:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: I’d go for the Chef Salad or the Vegetarian Burger with apple slices instead of French fries! For an extra item, they also sell Dannon Greek yogurt here.

Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Tony’s Town Square Restaurant:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: For an appetizer, I’d pick the House Salad or, if you’re sick of salad, ask what the soup of the day is. The entrees here have changed recently and they removed a lot of the lighter options, so I would try to pick something that you can add grilled protein to and do your best, like the gnocchi or ravioli.

Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Tortuga Tavern:
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: This place is only open seasonally and mostly just serves hot dogs or BBQ, so not any healthy options but you likely won’t be stopping here anyway!

Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Westward Ho:
Breakfast: Not many options, nevermind healthy ones; I wouldn’t recommend this location!
Lunch: This location’s definition of lunch is corn dogs and cookies, so I’d avoid this for lunch too!

Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.
