Bay Lake Tower at Contemporary Resort
Cove Bar
Pool Bar: If you want something other than a Caesar Salad with Chicken, I'd recommend the Turkey BLT Wrap! Those are always easy enough to deconstruct or modify if needed.

Disney's All-Star Movies Resort
World Premiere Food Court
Breakfast: I'd opt for one of the omelet options or the Chipotle Seitan and Vegetable Saute!
Lunch: From the adult menu, I'd get the grilled chicken sandwich but pick off the bacon and cheese. If you want a smaller portion, there's a MyWW Purple Plan friendly option on the kid's menu: a turkey meatball with whole wheat pasta!
Dinner: On Sundays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, you can create your own pasta dish, so that would be my recommendation! Otherwise, the salmon entree with your choice of sides has my vote.

This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch & Dinner: I'd recommend the Jerk Chicken (or Plant-Based!) sandwiches, or the Sebastian's Salad with either Jerk Chicken or Sustainable Fish.
Centertown Market
Breakfast: For breakfast, I'd reach for the Open-Faced Roasted Vegetable Omelet, Steel-Cut Oatmeal, or Seasonal Fruit Plate!
Lunch: For lunch, I'd opt for the Chicken Bowl (also available as a kid's Disney Check meal if you want a smaller portion)! Also if you want a smaller portion, there's a kid's Disney Check meal that's great for MyWW Purple Plan as the penne dish is whole grain pasta.
Dinner: For dinner, the Chicken Bowl is available again, but to mix it up, my top recommendation is the Jerk-seasoned Chicken.
Sebastian's Bistro
This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
Dinner: I'd go for the Jerk Chicken (only thing that would have me worried about being a calorie bomb is the Dark Rum Glaze it comes with) or the Taste of the Caribbean where you can pick your protein! The Mahi Mahi dish is also probably a lesser of evils.
Spyglass Grill
Breakfast: If you're counting points or calories, my top recommendation here is the Breakfast Wrap, followed by the Seasonal Fruit Plate, Steel-Cut Oatmeal, and Smoked Turkey Breakfast Sandwich (I'd either half the bread or ask if you can get it without cheese if you're being extra cautious, though!).
Lunch & Dinner: A lot of these dishes have cheese, so be cautious there depending on your diet! But my top recommendations are one of the salads (especially the Chopped Jerk Chicken or Vegetarian Avocado and Black Bean ones), smoked turkey breast sandwich (I'd pick the cheese off and try to wipe away some of the mayo), or taco trio.

The Wave Restaurant of American Flavors
Breakfast: If you like eggs, you're in luck! There are a few different options you can work with, the Omelet Your Way being the standout of healthy options since you can easily control that.
Lunch: My recommendations would be the Sustainable Fish of the Day, Protein Bowl, or Chicken Sandwich!
Dinner: I'd go for the Chili-rubbed Chicken or Sustainable Fish of the Day!
California Grill
Note that the California Grill sometimes changes things up seasonally! I’ll do my best to keep this up-to-date but as I don’t dine there often, you may notice a change before I do (or before Disney updates their website’s menu, haha!). You can always send me updates to menus to ask questions!
Also note that The California Grill Lounge is basically a lounge area before you are seated where you can enjoy some appetizers and get a drink. The menu is usually the same as the restaurant’s.
Brunch: For your self-serve selections, there are plenty of options: Deviled Eggs, Greek Yogurt, Heirloom Apple Salad, Bacon and Egg Salad, and California Rolls stand out as possible options for dieters and healthy lifestylers. For your entree selections, I’d pick the Blackened Gulf Shrimp, Eggs Benedict (just be cautious of toppings) or Chef’s Omelet Selection.
Dinner: If you’re a sushi fan, they have tons of options (especially for my WW friends; California Rolls tend to be lower in points). There are a ton of salad options in the appetizers section that can spice things up beyond the classic cesar salad that I feel like I’m constantly listing! For entrees, check out the Black Grouper, Green Circle Half Chicken, or if you like red meat, the grilled Bison Loin or Pork Tenderloin. Ultimately, though, my recommendation for dinner here is to enjoy a cheat meal! It’s fine dining with a pretty good fireworks view and you’re paying a lot, so don’t stress it too much for one night!
Chef Mickey’s
Fun fact: Chef Mickey’s is one of my favorites! Apparently when I was here for my second birthday, I got really into the whole “swing your napkin around” thing they do to celebrate birthdays.
Breakfast: For this buffet, there is plenty of fruit, yogurt parfaits with different toppings, smoked salmon, and egg scrambles.
Brunch: There’s tons for brunch to choose from! Poached Shrimp Cocktail, Smoked Salmon Seasonal Salad Selection, Yogurt Parfaits with Assorted Toppings, Roasted Turkey, Scrambled Eggs (and a Western Scramble!), and Seasonal Vegetables are just some of the options you have.
Dinner: For dinner, you can choose from the Seasonal Salad Selection, Poached Shrimp Cocktail, Fruit Salad, Chef’s Carving Station, and Seasonal Vegetables, to name a few!
Contempo Cafe
Breakfast: For entrees, I’d go for the Scrambled Hash Bowl (I’d ask for no cheese but depends on your diet plan!) or the Grilled Breakfast Sandwich.
Lunch: My personal picks would be the Grilled Shrimp Bowl, Spicy Chicken Sandwich without cheese, the Grilled Vegetable Sandwich, or the Hot Turkey Sandwich with no cheese. Alternatively, you could opt for any of the specialty salads. Looking for a Kid’s Disney Check meal for yourself? They offer a Grilled Shrimp Plate, Turkey Sandwich, or a Turkey Pasta Marinara.
Dinner: Everything is the same as lunch with the addition of one more recommendation they don’t have for lunch, and that’s the Seared Chicken Dinner!
The Sand Bar
Pool Bar: My top three picks for better-for-you options are the Chicken Pita, Chef Salad, and Pressed Turkey Sandwich! There’s also a Kid’s Disney Check meal option of a Turkey Sandwich. Fruit cups are also available as desserts!
The Wave Lounge
Lounge: For the food, I’d pick either the Grilled Chicken Sandwich (maybe skip on the cheese; your call!) or the Cesar Salad.

Disney's Coronado Springs Resort
Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood
This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
Dinner: There are tons of seafood options to choose from between the Garlic Shrimp ‘Pil Pil’ and scallops entree, plus a few salad options (Heirloom Tomatoes and a Romaine Salad that sound great!) as well as a Plant-based seafood options for vegans that sounds tasty and mostly healthy as far as a restaurant goes. Fish not your thing and tired of salad? They also have a red-wine braised chicken (I can’t be sure until the restaurant opens but usually braised chicken includes the skin, so just be cautious).
Three Bridges Bar & Grill
This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
Dinner: I'm jealous of the kid's menu here! But for adults, I'd recommend the Villa del Lago Salad. This sound especially friendly if you're on the MyWW Purple Plan!
Maya Grill
This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
Dinner: The Acapulco Roasted Beets Salad, Green Tortilla Soup, and Classic Cesar sound like great sides that are on the better-for-you side. For entrees, I’d lean towards the Vegetarian Tacos or Puebla Chicken. If going for the skillet fajitas, just be cautious: while it’s great to have control, it can be easy to rack up the calories with fajitas! Sharing a Seasonal Signature with a friend or loved one? The Seafood Grill Platter sounds healthy and delicious!
Cafe Rix
Snack: This is a snack cart with mostly pastries and desserts, but there are tons of fruit options to be found here!
El Mercado de Coronado
Breakfast: In the Grab and Go category, there’s tons of fruit options as well as individual bowl pack cereals (which is easy to track calories or WW Points with). There are plenty of omelet and egg scramble options to choose from - just be cautious of cheeses and/or fatty meats depending on what diet plan you’re following - and also the Roasted Vegetable Breakfast Bowl.
Lunch: My picks would be the Rice Bowl with Chicken (it’s also available with beef or pork), Yucatan Roasted Chicken, Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich (maybe ask for some alternatives for the fries on the side if you’re being calorie-conscious), or Grilled Turkey Burger (just be cautious of cheese depending on your diet plan). If you’re grabbing and going, there are tons of salads and sandwiches that won’t break your bank.
Dinner: Menu offerings are the same as lunch.
Siestas Cantina
Lounge: In the Small Bites category, go for the Garden Salad. For the entree, I'd vote for the taco salad or fish tacos; if you're ordering off the kid's menu for yourself, your best bet of three choices is the Deli Turkey and American Cheese, but it comes with fries.
Rix Sports Bar and Grill
Breakfast: There are plenty of options featuring eggs for breakfast, plus a Healthy Start Cereal if you don't like eggs!
Lunch: My picks for health-consciousness are the lettuce wraps for an appetizer, California Chicken (as long as you don't pick fries for a side), or the Wedge or Rix Salad!
Dinner: Same options as lunch!

Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
1900 Park Fare
Breakfast: I'd opt for a Made-to-Order Omelet/Eggs (they can do both!) to go with their fruit selection. They also offer crushed avocado!
Brunch: My recommendations are the same for breakfast; the main menu difference here is some salad options to go with everything!
Dinner: This buffet for dinner offers tons of salad selections, plus catfish, chicken, veggies, and peel-and-eat shrimp. You can totally rock whatever plan you're following here!

Disney's Old Key West Resort
Olivia's Cafe
Breakfast: The Monroe Egg White Omelet sounds like your best bet!
Brunch (weekends only): I'd pick the Mallory Square Cobb Salad, Conch Flats Club Sandwich (just ask for no mayo or for it on the side), or the Sombrero Beach Omelet (just be careful of cheese and/or sides!).
Lunch: Looking at apps? I'd go for one of the Cesar Salads (you can get it with steak, chicken, or shrimp) Olivia's House Salad, or if you're feeling cheesy, the Tomato Mozzarella Salad. For entrees and sandwiches, I'd pick the Mallory Square Cobb Salad, Club Sandwich (I'd ask for no mayo or for mayo in the side!), the Veggie Burger (I'd skip the cheese), and it also may be worth asking if they can make the Shrimp Po' Boy Sandwich with grilled fish instead of fried.
Dinner: My app recommendations are the Caesar Salad (with or without chicken) and Tomato-Mozzarella Salad. For entrees, my picks would be the Seven Mile Sea Scallops, Tortuga Seafood Stew, or the Fish of the Day.
Good's Food to Go
Breakfast: I personally would get the kid's Breakfast Platter as it not only seems to be the option with the least unhealthy stuff, but it appeals most to my taste buds! However there is a breakfast bowl and platter on the adult menu that sound similar, but I'd just tread carefully with.
Lunch: My picks would be the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Rice Bowl, Veggie Burger (but skip the fries!), Power Salad, Shrimp Cobb Salad, Caesar Salad with Chicken, or Taylor Turkey Sandwich.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.
Turtle Shack Poolside Snacks:
Lunch: My picks would be the Shrimp Cobb Salad, the Taylor Turkey Sandwich, Power Salad, or Cesar Salad with Chicken or Shrimp! From the kid's Mickey/Disney Check side, check out the Grilled Chicken Wrap or Turkey Sandwich if you're ordering off this menu for yourself.
Gurgling Suitcase Late Night Libations:
Lunch: The Fish Tacos and Shrimp Salad are my picks! Worth noting if you haven't checked the menu on Disney's site or on property yet that this place has an alcohol list much longer than the food list. As I don't drink, I really can't make any recommendations for you there.

Disney's Polynesian Village Resort
Ohana
This restaurant does not serve lunch.
Breakfast: Before I was on Weight Watchers, I went here for breakfast once and everything was delicious! However, if I were ever to make a return trip, I would opt mostly for just scrambled eggs and fruit offerings.
Dinner: There's plenty for you to enjoy here for dinner: Mixed Salad Greens, Chicken or Peel-n-Eat Shrimp Skewers, and Stir Fried Vegetables to name a few standouts!
Oasis Bar & Grill
Lunch: All of their salads sound delicious and you can enjoy them with Grilled Chicken or Shrimp! There's also Grilled Fish Tacos, Grilled Chicken and Avocado Wrap, or Sashimi (if that's your thing)! There's also a Kid's Mickey Check meal of grilled chicken strips (which may make a better snack than meal depending on size/how hungry you are). Looking for a vegetarian option? The Orange Tofu is served with fresh vegetables!
Pool Bar: The menu offerings are the same as lunch, but the salads and kids meal options aren't available!
Pineapple Lanai
Snack: They only serve Dole Whip here, but I wanted to give it an honorable mention since it's one of the healthier snacks on property!
Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show
While the full menu of this dinner show isn't completely available on Disney's website, I can tell you there's plenty for you to enjoy in this tropical feast: roasted chicken, Polynesian rice, salad, fresh vegetables, and - of course - pineapple!
Kona Cafe
Breakfast: Kudos to Kona Cafe for having a lighter fare section of their menu! This features a Tropical Fruit Plate and a Spice-rubbed Salmon Plate. However, you can also get two eggs any style.
Lunch: Beyond some sushi rolls and sashimi, there's also Rainbow Poke, Poached Chicken Noodle Salad, and a Vegetable Bowl that I'd recommend.
Dinner: Same recommendations as lunch!
Tambu Lounge
Lounge: I'd go for the Shrimp Cocktail or the Tambu Mixed Grill Kebab!
Trader Sam's Grog Grotto OR Tiki Terrace (same menu!)
Lounge: My picks would be the Chicken or Tofu Lettuce Cups, some sushi, or the Thai Chicken and Vegetable Flatbread if you want something a little heartier!
Captain Cook's
Breakfast: I'd get the Morning Flatbread or Breakfast Sandwich! On the Kid's Mickey Check side is my top recommendation, though, which is steel-cut oatmeal.
Lunch: I'm a huge fan of the Chicken and Pineapple skewers on the kids Mickey Check menu! Otherwise, though, I'd also recommend the Asian Style Grilled Chicken Salad or the Pan Asian Noodles with Chicken and/or Vegetables (just be sure to bring a measuring cup to keep track of your noodles!).
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch!
Kona Island
Breakfast: It's mostly pastries, but I'd go for the Veggie Quiche!
Lunch: Need lunch to go? Check out some of the sushi options or the Pickled Farmed Salad, Chicken Noodle Bowl, or the Turkey Club Sandwich.
Dinner: Same recommendations as lunch!
Barefoot Pool Bar
Pool Bar: I'd go for the Grilled Fish Tacos, Grilled Chicken and Avocado Wrap, or Sashimi options (if that's your thing)! Looking for a vegetarian option? The Orange Tofu is served with fresh vegetables!

Disney's Pop Century Resort
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
The Turf Club Bar and Grill
This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
Dinner: Of the starters, my picks would be the Grilled Romaine Salad or Heirloom Tomato Salad. For entrees, I'd ask about the Sustainable Fish of the Day! Otherwise, I'd opt for the Grilled Salmon, Pan-seared Sea Scallops, or Cast Iron-seared Cabbage (looks like a pretty tasty vegetarian option). Everyone indulging in dessert but you didn't plan for that? They have some no sugar added dessert options available upon request according to Disney's website.
Backstretch Pool Bar
Pool Bar: They only have three menu options for entrees, so I'd say of the three, your top two best bets are either the Ham and Cheese Sandwich or the Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap.
The Artist's Palette
Breakfast: I'd pick the Egg Florentine Breakfast Wrap!
Lunch: My picks would be the Greek, Caesar, or Saratoga Salads (they come with chicken), Turkey and Brie Cheese sandwich (just watch the cheese and/or mayonnaise; usually it's easy enough to scrape it off with a knife if they can't make it without it for you), Roasted Vegetable Panini, or Turkey Club Wrap (depending on your diet/plan, just watch for bacon and/or cheese).
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.
The Paddock Grill
Breakfast: There aren't a ton of breakfast options, but I'd recommend the Egg Florentine Wrap with a Fruit Cup if you want a side! Worth noting that the wrap has cheese, in case that's something your diet has you watching.
Lunch: For lunch, I'd opt for the Chicken Chop Salad (this sounds like it's loaded with foods that are 0 SP on WW Freestyle), Roasted Vegetable Sandwich, Spice-Crusted Fish Sandwich, or Chicken Sandwich (just beware of cheese and opt for the veggie slaw instead of fries!).
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.
The Turf Club Lounge
Lounge: There aren't many lounge fare options, but if you're watching it, opt for the Wedge Salad or Charcuterie Plate.
Chip n Dale's Cafe
Snack: Don't be fooled by this being considered a "Snack" - you can get sandwiches here! I'd recommend the Turkey and Swiss with a Pickle or the Grilled Chicken Cesar wrap with a Pickle!

Disney's Wilderness Lodge
Storybook Dining at Artist Point with Snow White
This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
Dinner: For your shared appetizers, I'd lean more towards the Wicked Shrimp Cocktail. You get to choose one entree, and I'd pick the Roasted Chicken or "A Stroll Through Nature" (seems to be the vegetarian option featuring gnocchi). There are shared desserts for the table, so enjoy a little indulgence as you meet Snow White!
Roaring Fork
Breakfast: I would go for the Breakfast Platter; just beware of the cheddar biscuit! They also have plenty of ready-to-go options that you can choose from.
Lunch: & Dinner I'd select the Turkey Sandwich, Vegetarian Pita, Wilderness Salad, or Caesar Salad with Chicken. Again, ready-to-go availability may vary if you aren't ordering an entree.
Late Night Dining: This will depend on what is available in their ready-to-go department! There are also assorted flatbreads, so it may vary from night to night.
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Breakfast: They have a Lighter Side Skillet which sounds delightful!
Lunch: I'd opt for the Chicken or Turkey sandwich choices, Chopped Salad, or Salmon Salad.
Dinner: Looking for a starter? Try the House Salad! For entrees, I'd go for the Cedar Plank Salmon. Sharing a skillet? I'd petition for the Land and Sea one!
Territory Lounge
Lounge: The only things I can recommend in good conscious are the Ahi Tuna Tataki and the Romaine Salad.
Geyser Point Bar & Grill
This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch & Dinner: I'd pick the Smoked Turkey sandwich, any of their salads, or the Disney Check Grilled Chicken if you want something lighter (this is a kid's menu option, so it could even be a good protein snack).

Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts
Ale & Compass
Breakfast: If you opt for an entree instead of the buffet, I'd recommend the Egg White Omelet or American Breakfast (you can opt for fruit instead of potato)!
Lunch: For entrees, I'd go for the Blackened Sustainable Fish Tacos. Vegetarian and Vegan Friends, the Vegan Protein Bowl sounds really good and like a better-for-you option! Side note: for the appetizers, while the dressings on them make them not 100% clean, if you want a starter I'd recommend either the Roasted Garlic Shrimp or Roasted Buffalo-style Cauliflower - both are better choices than something else!
Dinner: For starters, my recommendations are the same. For entrees, I'd opt for the 'Brick' Lemon-Herb Half Chicken, Sustainable Catch of the Day, or Vegan Protein Bowl!
Yachtsman Steakhouse
This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
Dinner: For starters, I'd opt for either salad option or the shrimp cocktail. If you're splurging on a signature offering, the Captain's Platter looks to be your best bet (and added benefit, is the cheapest of the three!). If you're looking at entrees, try the chicken or salmon. However, this is one of those restaurants where I recommend just enjoying a nice seafood date night rather than worrying too terribly about calories!
Cape May Cafe
Note: this buffet is only a character dining experience for breakfast!
Breakfast: Surprisingly, buffets are my favorite dining option for guests trying to stay on track because there's so much more variety and control! This breakfast features assorted sliced meats, fruits, yogurt, and a "Selection of breakfast favorites."
Brunch: Menu offerings are same as breakfast.
Dinner: There should be plenty to find at this seafood buffet, including soups and salads, a carving station, and a variety of seafoods that they don't specify on their menu until you get there. There are also seasonal veggies for sides! Enjoy!
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop
Lunch: I'd opt for the turkey club sandwich, but ask about taking the mayo off or leaving it to the side. My other choice would be the veggie burger!
Dinner: Menu offerings are the same as lunch.
Ale & Compass Lounge
Lounge: My picks would be the Roasted Garlic Shrimp or Roasted Buffalo-style Cauliflower! Worth noting this is a lounge for alcohol with a few app options, so no actual meals here.
Crew's Cup Lounge
This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
Dinner: As a starter, I'd pick the Shrimp Cocktail or Caesar salad. None of the menu options for entrees strike me as necessarily healthy, so I'd say your best bet is the Captain's Platter (which seems like something you could probably share with someone).
Late night dining: Same recommendations as dinner!
Martha's Vineyard
Lounge: I can't in good conscious really recommend any of the appetizers or small plates on a healthy eating blog! Maybe the cheese plate if you're trying to stay low on carbs?
The Market at Ale & Compass
Breakfast: They have fruit cups as well as an Egg White Wrap that sounds pretty healthy, especially for Disney standards!
Lunch and Dinner: I'd go for the Vegetable Sandwich, or one of the following kids meal options: Finger Food Protein Box, Turkey Sandwich, or Salad Shaker.
Beach Club Marketplace
Breakfast: My personal pick would actually be the kids Mickey Check scrambled egg sandwich! However, if you'd rather order from the adult's menu, I'd go for that breakfast sandwich.
Lunch & Dinner: This place is great because you can customize a flatbread or salad! There's also a Mickey Check Turkey Sandwich you can snag from the kids menu.
Late night dining: Looks like mostly assorted pastries; you'll have to play it safely and by ear, unfortunately.
Hurricane Hanna's Waterside Bar & Grill
Pool Bar: While lounging poolside at the Beach Club, for apps, I'd go for the hummus or edamame. For an entree, I'd get the Caesar salad with chicken.
Lunch: For lunch, I would recommend the Turkey Salad, Caesar salad with chicken, Chicken Sandwich (just beware of the pretzel bun and/or cheese), or the Grilled Vegetable and Quinoa wrap! You can also opt for the kids Disney Check Chicken or Turkey sandwiches.
Breakfast: If you opt for an entree instead of the buffet, I'd recommend the Egg White Omelet or American Breakfast (you can opt for fruit instead of potato)!

Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Hotels
The Swan & Dolphin Hotels are located right next to each other - their entrances are only a few feet apart - so I'll be including restaurants at both of these locations in one section, similarly to Disney's website! Next to the restaurant name I'll indicate which of the two it is located at.
Shula's Steak House and Lounge (Dolphin Hotel)
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
Lunch: This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
Dinner: For an appetizer, you can't go wrong with shrimp cocktail! There's also a Shellfish Trio starter which is great for sharing with friends and mixing up some healthier seafood app options. My recommendations for an entree would be the Daily Market Fish, Norwegian Salmon (your choice how they make it; I'd opt for grilled or blackened), Chicken Breast, Pan Seared Sea Scallops (just be cautious of the Beurre Blanc Sauce), or if you want to treat yourself, some lobster tail!
Todd English's bluezoo (Dolphin Hotel)
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
Lunch: This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
Dinner: For an appetizer, I'd go for the pear salad or shrimp cocktail. As far as entrees go, I'd say your blackened Florida grouper and the blueezoo simply fish are good bets!
Todd English's bluezoo Lounge (Dolphin Hotel)
Lounge: None of your options here are too great as far as eating healthy goes, but out of all your choices, I'd opt for either of the flatbreads they offer here! One is a clasico flatbread that resembles a generic cheese pizza flatbread, and the other a blue cheese and fig flatbread that has arugula and prosciutto.
Cabana Bar and Beach Club (Dolphin Hotel)
Lounge: From the garden, the crab salad sounds refreshing and pretty clean, especially if you get the dressing on the side! You can also get a Mongolian Vegetable or Tuna Poke bowl here, plus the Fish Sandwich is blackened rather than fried. Also worth noting that one of their side options is a fruit salad!
Fresh Mediterranean Market (Dolphin Hotel)
Breakfast: The buffet has plenty of healthy options, including eggs (scrambled, made your own style, or omelet style), roasted turkey breast, and more. Going a la carte? Check out the Healthy Homestyle!
Lunch: All of their salad options sound pretty good for theme park food, but you can actually build your own salad here, which is a calorie or point tracker's dream come true since then you can log generic options and be in control! You can also create your own wrap.
Dinner: This restaurant does not serve dinner.
The Fountain (Dolphin Hotel)
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: Looking for a salad other than a Caesar? Try the Asian Salmon Salad! For entrees, the turkey burger looks like the healthiest option, with the black bean burger appearing to be the vegetarian alternative to it but with cheese.
Dinner: Menu offerings are the same as lunch.
Phins (Dolphin Hotel)
Lounge: If you like WW Freestyle, you'll probably like the Deviled Eggs option in the appetizer menu! Nothing screams healthy to me, but the healthier options would be the edamame or lettuce wraps.
Picabu (Dolphin Hotel)
Breakfast: You can get an omelet any style here with your ingredients of choice, served with skillet potatoes and toast!
Lunch: My choices would be the Adobo Chicken Bowl or Mahi-Mahi Bowl! They also offer a crispy baked cauliflower as a side, which is a way better alternative to fries.
Dinner: Menu offerings are the same as lunch.
Garden Grove (Swan Hotel)
Breakfast: For starters, they have lowfat yogurt and various fruit options available! For your entrees, your better choices look like the Turkey Hash, Three Egg Omelet (especially for WW Freestyle trackers), or the All American.
Lunch: Looking at salads to start? The Heirloom Tomato and Compressed Watermelon Salad sound like great options (and you have the choice to add chicken or shrimp)! For sandwiches, I'd opt for the chickpea shawarma, shrimp tacos, or chicken BLT.
Dinner: For dinner, you can create your own salad, which is a great option for control purposes! For the main course, I'd recommend the Thyme-roasted chicken or blackened salmon. There are some veggie side options like roasted butternut squash, baby carrots, and charred Brussels sprouts.
Il Mulino New York Trattoria (Swan Hotel)
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
Lunch: This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
Dinner: This is the type of place you go to enjoy a nice Italian cheat meal... but if you do want to still err on the side of caution, you can enjoy the shrimp cocktail the Insalata Trattoria or Caesar for your salad dish, and some minestrone soup for some appetizer ideas. For an entree, if you're not sharing a pizza with friends or family, the Cernia (seared grouper) looks like your best bet.
Java Bar (Swan Hotel)
Breakfast: You can get yogurt and fruit with your morning cup of coffee or tea!
Lounge: Menu offerings are same as breakfast.
Kimonos (Swan Hotel)
Breakfast: This restaurant does not offer breakfast or lunch.
Lunch: This restaurant does not offer breakfast or lunch.
Dinner: There are a ton of great salad options for a starter, as well as miso soup and edamame. If you like sushi, you're in luck, because there are a ton of options here, as well as seared tuna on the lighter side.
Splash Pool Bar and Grill (Swan Hotel)
Pool Bar: I'd go for the Mediterranean Shrimp Salad (and possibly skip out on the cheese and/or croutons, depending on what you're trying to be mindful of) or the Chicken BLT!
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
Lunch: This restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch.
