ESPN Wide World of Sports

If you find yourself at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, chances are you're here for a sporting event or a runDisney race! There's only one restaurant here - the ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill - and the options aren't too bad. This restaurant does not serve breakfast, and your options for lunch and dinner are the same.

My picks are the Mahi Mahi Sandwich or my personal favorite here, the Smoked Turkey Sandwich! I recommend the kid's Disney Check version over the adult's menu option if you're trying to watch the carbs and don't want it on a pretzel bun.

Disney Springs

I’d like to preface this list by saying there are a lot of food/snack stands around Disney Springs. Most of them do not have any healthy menu options, so I’m going to exclude them unless they do have something good to grab. So if a place is missing, it’s because I don’t feel like I can honestly recommend anything there given this is supposed to be about healthy menu options!

AMC Disney Springs 24 Dine-In
Breakfast: This restaurant (movie theater, rather!) does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: If you want to eat and catch a movie at the same time, the options aren’t too bad actually! I’d go with the Wedge Lettuce Cups, Crab and Avocado Sushi Roll, Grilled Chicken Quinoa Bowl, Southwest Chicken Bowl, Chicken Caesar Salad (also available as a wrap), or the Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich (if you know me, then you already know this is my top pick but I’d ask for no goat cheese spread because I’m a sucker for avocado)!
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza
Fun fact: This is my go to place for pizza! I like thin crust and they’ve got it, plus it’s easy to track on apps like Weight Watchers or MyFitnessPal because Blaze is a chain that operates outside of Disney as well, so you can find the nutritional info online - even if you build your own pizza! Weight Watchers friends: half of a pizza with mozzarella and classic red sauce is 9 SP. If cut evenly, it’s 3 SP per slice.
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: I always get a Build Your Own, where I load my pizza with tons of veggies (and even pineapple) and enjoy! Plus they have some side salad options.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

The Boathouse
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: From the raw bar, you can enjoy some Wild Caught Sea of Cortez Shrimp with cocktail sauce. More expensive but also tasty from the raw bar are the Jumbo Lump Crab and Avocado and BOATHOUSE Lobster Cocktail. There are a lot of salad options, but I’d go with the Garden - you can add grilled chicken, shrimp, or salmon to any salad! Your healthier looking options on the menu are the Cedar Planked Gulf of Maine Salmon and Broiled Wild Caught Swordfish Steak. Not in the mood for seafood? Try to “Yacht Club” Club but maybe without the bacon and ask for the chipotle-honey mayo on the side.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Bongos Cuban Cafe
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: There are quite a few options I’d go for at Bongos! First and foremost, let’s talk about the Triple C part of the menu - Calorie Conscious Cuban! Listed here are the Grilled Seafood Platter, Fresh Catch of the Day, and Mojo Chicken options. However, it’s also worth noting that they have a lot of good salad options where you can add grilled chicken, grilled shrimp, or the catch of the day.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Bongos Cuban Cafe Express
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: My picks for being health conscious would be the Chicken Caesar Wrap with dressing on the side; Caesar Salad with or without chicken with, you guessed it, the dressing on the side; and the House Salad with or without chicken.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: Most of your menu items here are fried, but you can grab a Key West Shrimp Cocktail, Florida Grouper, Harvest Salad, or Spinach and Kale Chopped Salad. There’s also a country club sandwich but I’d ask for a lot of stuff off of it before calling it kinda healthy!
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Chicken Guy!
Fun fact: I LOVE this place! Guy Fieri did not disappoint, even from a healthy standpoint, and I find this is actually one of the healthiest places on Disney property to get something to eat!
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.

Lunch: The beauty of Chicken Guy! is that you can get anything grilled! There are a few sandwich options you can play with, like The Sauce Boss, but if you really want to keep it clean I'd go for a salad or straight up chicken tenders (you can get three or five). The American Slaw isn't a bad option to have on the side, as I found the dressing on there is very light so it sure beats fries! Just be careful of your sauce intake if you're watching Weight Watchers points etc., as that can add up quick! But thankfully, all sauces come on the side so you can control just how much you have.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Cookes of Dublin
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: There’s a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, but be careful because it comes with fries (aka chips)! That’s about all I could recommend.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Disney Food Trucks
Snack: The Fish Taco, Chicken Taco, and Rice and Bean Taco options aren’t the best but certainly aren’t the worst by a long shot. The Chicken Gyro is also a better option than most on these menus.

D-Luxe Burger
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: Only thing I’d recommend is the Cluck Burger (it’s ground chicken)! Otherwise, if you want a burger for a cheat meal, enjoy!
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Earl of Sandwich
Breakfast: I’d go with the made to order Veggie Omelette!
Lunch: My top choice is the Skinny Earl Turkey Wrap at 370 calories - my preference but I actually ask for it without cheese and it lightens it up even more. The other Skinny Earl option is the Quinoa Chicken Salad for 290 calories. Otherwise, my picks would be the Earl’s Club, Chipotle Chicken Avocado (minus bacon), or Hawaiian BBQ with any sauces or cheese removed, or one of their many salad options.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

The Edison
Fun fact: I've been here for dinner and while the atmosphere of this place is absolutely incredible, I'd recommend going for lunch if you prioritize food options over environment/theming as far as healthy options go.

Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: I’d go for the Chopstick Chicken Salad or Hand-carved Turkey Club with no crispy onions or speck.
Dinner: These are more cheat meals than anything but your healthiest looking one is the Scottish Salmon.

Enzo’s Hideaway Bar
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lounge: The Caprese is your best bet!
Lunch: I’d go for the Chicken Milano or the Salmone! The Fagioli, Pane e Verdure and Cesare with Chicken are better choices on this menu, too.
Dinner: I’d recommend the Chicken Milano, Salmone, or Capesante.

Frontera Cocina
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: The Coctel Tropical sounds delicious and healthy! They also have a Caesar and Taqueira Salad, which you can add grilled chicken or mojo garlic grilled shrimp to. For entrees, I’d go with the Shrimp Mojo de Ajo.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

House of Blues
Fun fact: This is one of my favorite places to go! I love the atmosphere and the wait staff has always been really accommodating. The concert venue next door is also swell.
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: For salads, I’d go for the Wedge, Cobb, or Baby Kale Salads - you can add smoked chicken, grilled shrimp, or cajun shrimp to any of them. Under mains, I’d say the Blackened Salmon is the healthiest option. However, when I go, I order either the Grilled Chicken Sandwich or Fish Sandwich (grilled). The Shrimp Tacos are also a good choice!
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar
Lounge: The only option I’d recommend are the Incan Tuna Tacos; just watch out for the sour cream.

MacGUFFINS
Lounge: My choices would be the Veggie Triple Feature, Southwest Grilled Chicken or Shrimp Salad with no cheese and dressing on the side, Lime Chicken Griller, Roast Turkey Club with no bacon, the Asian Chicken salad, or the Southwest Chicken Bowl with no sauce.

Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante
Brunch: The Sicilian Vegetable and Bean Soup, Salmone, or some of the salad options (with or without shrimp or chicken) would be my picks! They also have a Prixe Fixe menu, where I’d get the Farmstead Vegetable Frittata or the Poached Hen Egg Quinoa-Kale Salad.
Lunch: My picks would be the Zuppa di Verdure e Fagioli or the Spada - or, just enjoy a nice cheat meal of Italian food! They also have tons of salad options that you can add shrimp or chicken to.
Dinner: My recommendations are the same as lunch.

Morimoto Asia
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: I’d opt for the California or Vegetable Roll with a side of edamame or steamed vegetables! For entrees, you’re looking at a lot of noodle dishes or tempura style meat.
Lounge: Menu offerings are same as lunch.
Dinner: Nothing I wouldn’t recommend beyond what I already have for lunch! Most of the offerings are the same as far as I can tell; looks like just a few added dinner options.

Morimoto Asia Street Food
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: Can’t go wrong with a California roll!
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Paddlefish
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: With any salad, you can get it either full or side and with chicken, shrimp, or salmon! They have Green, Caesar, and Wedge salads available. For lunch, you can get half of a Chicken Caesar Wrap with your choice of side salad. For sandwiches, other than the Chicken Caesar Wrap, I’d recommend the Blackened Catfish or Cajun Chicken. Other recommendations include Shrimp Cocktail, Fish Tacos, Half Chicken (ask for sauce on the side), and Salmon.
Dinner: The salad options are the same for dinner as for lunch. Otherwise, I’d recommend the Half Chicken (minus sauce), Salmon, Scallops (minus brown butter if you can), Blackened Catfish, and Shrimp Cocktail.
Lounge: Can’t go wrong with Shrimp Cocktail!

Paradiso 37, Taste of the Americas
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: Mexican Shrimp Cocktail and South American Crazy Corn (but minus the cheese) are you better starter choices. Under Platters of the Americas, I’d recommend the Baja Fish Tacos, Cedar Plank-roasted Salmon or Roasted Half Chicken - with these, just be cautious of sauces. For Salad Selections, you can get a Caesar or House Salad with Grilled Chicken or Shrimp. Want a sandwich? Try the Blackened Fish Sliders or Grilled Chicken Sandwich (but maybe skip the bacon) and I’d ask if you can swap the side of fries for Roasted Vegetables, P37 Beans, or Cilantro Rice.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Pizza Ponte
Breakfast: Unfortunately, their breakfast menu isn’t available online - they just direct you to check when you get there for the day’s offerings!
Lunch: If you’re craving pizza but are afraid of going out of control when given a whole pie like a Blaze, you can order pizza by the slice here!
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Planet Hollywood Observatory
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: You can get a Caesar salad with chicken, shrimp, or grilled salmon, or Slow-Roasted Chicken or Florida Mahi Mahi from the Grille part of the menu! Just avoid anything from the Guy Fieri parts of the menu - those are all super fattening and loaded with more calories than you’d ever imagine!
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

The Polite Pig
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: You can get any of their salads with smoked chicken for some added protein! And while the jalapeno cornbread and slaw on the side aren’t the healthiest, you can get half a smoked chicken here as well.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant
Weekend Brunch: I’d go with the Citrus Salmon Salad, Hail Caesar (you can add chicken or shrimp), or Egg en Cocotte but I’d ask for no cheese. There’s also the Pancetta Chicken Sanger, but I’d ask for no pancetta (pork) or cheese.
Lunch: These are also on the brunch menu, but if you get the Kiss Before Shrimp or Scallop Forest starters, just be weary of the sauces! Otherwise, with the exception of the Egg en Cocotte, my recommendations are the same as the weekend brunch.
Dinner: I’d go for the Heritage Tomato Salad for an appetizer. For an entree, I’d go - again - for the Hail Caesar or Citrus Salmon Salad, Mammy’s Roast Chicken, or Cider Salmon but with no glaze or it on the side if possible.

Rainforest Cafe
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: I’d go for the Jungle Turkey Wrap, Korean Spicy Stir-Fry Chicken, Blue Mountain Chicken Sandwich with no cheese, or Ahi Tuna Street Tacos. For salads, I’d go with the Paradise House Salad, Big Islander Caesar Salad (which you can also get with shrimp or chicken), Kale & Red Quinoa Salad (also available with shrimp or chicken if you want), or China Island Chicken Salad - just ask for any dressings on the side.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

The Smokehouse at House of Blues
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: There aren’t really any healthy choices here, though you might be slightly better off with the Pulled Chicken Sandwich… but only slightly! It’s all barbecue here!
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Splitsville Dining Room
Lunch: You can get sushi, in which I’d recommend a California roll, Fantasy roll, or Cucumber Kani Su since they seem to be light on sauces (except for the Cucumber Kani Su, where it does have sauces but no rice). You can also get Rice Bowls, where I’d recommend the Fiesta Chicken, Ginger Shrimp, or Spicy Veggie (which you can add grilled salmon or sauteed shrimp to). Want a sandwich? Try the Veggie Burger, Turkey Club Supreme, or Black Jack Chicken - I would just ask for no cheese and might be worth asking if you can swap fries for veggies or a side salad.
Dinner: There are a few additional options for dinner, so I’d recommend the same options for lunch, but also adding the Grilled Salmon with Mango Chutney, Chicken Chopped Salad, and Blackened Chicken Caesar (you know the drill - dressing on the side!).

STK Orlando
Brunch: Brunch is offering Saturdays and Sundays! The options aren’t really healthy so if you go, enjoy your cheat meal.
Lounge: These appetizers are available Monday-Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. I’d pick the Cherry Tomato & Watermelon Skewers!
Dinner: You’ve got quite a few salad options, Shrimp Cocktail, and then the rest of the majority of the menu is steak! I don’t eat steak, so unfortunately I can’t give you a review!

Terralina Crafted Italian (coming soon)
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: From the Garden, I’d go with Baby Greens or the Terralina Crafted Italian Salad. The Grilled Vegetable Sandwich and the Catch of the Day sound like your best options, unless you want something for the table - then I’d get the Citrus-Herb Brick Chicken.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

T-REX
Breakfast: This restaurant does not serve breakfast.
Lunch: I’d go for the Cobb Salad, Caesar-saurus Salad (which you can get with shrimp or chicken), Kale & Red Quinoa Salad (also available with shrimp or chicken if you want), Jurassic Salad, Guac-asaurus Burger (but maybe with no cheese), Paleozoic Chicken Sandwich (which I’ve gotten without cheese or bacon and thoroughly enjoyed), Fire-Roasted Rotisserie Chicken, and Tuscan Chicken.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

Wolfgang Puck Express
Breakfast: The Mushroom and Spinach Omelette seems like the lightest option, plus it’s made with egg whites!
Lunch: You have a few salad options, including the Chinois Chicken, Roasted Turkey Cobb, Baby Spinach & Quinoa, and Caesar! For sandwiches, I’d pick the Rotisserie Turkey Club without bacon and aioli on the side or the Chicken Aioli with aioli on the side and no cheese. There’s also a Whole Wheat Hummus Wrap for vegetarians! For entrees, my picks are the Oven-roasted Salmon and Half Rotisserie Chicken with a request for no garlic butter.
Dinner: Menu offerings are same as lunch.

YeSake Kiosk
Snack: This is actually one of the better options in my opinion because you can build your own bowl or wrap! You can choose from Fresh Ahi Tuna, Fresh Salmon, Cooked Shrimp, Grilled Chicken, or Yakiniku Beef. The shrimp or chicken would be my top choices personally for the flour tortilla wrap or jasmine rice bowl (another option is an udon noodle bowl) and you get to pick from a bunch of toppings and sauces. It’s also pretty affordable for only $8.99 or $9.99 per bowl.
